1 Introduction & Consent

Jet Wine (https://jetwine.click) is an online Sports Betting platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Jet Wine and its users.

By using our website or mobile app, registering, or accessing any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and place bets on Jet Wine, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Every user is responsible for complying with these Terms & Conditions.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must register using your own name, and all information provided must be accurate.
• You cannot register from a country or region where betting is prohibited.
• You must confirm that you are mentally competent and are using this service of your own free will.
• Your account has never previously been closed or banned by Jet Wine.

Jet Wine may request proof of age for identity verification at any time. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on Jet Wine, you must provide your full name, mobile number, date of birth, and a strong password. Submitting false or inaccurate information during registration is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination.

3.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each person may hold only one Jet Wine account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all will be closed and all balances may be forfeited. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is also prohibited.

3.3 Password & Security

3.4 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals and deposits above a certain amount. This may require a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

4 Betting Rules & Regulations

4.1 Bet Acceptance

At Jet Wine, all bets are considered final only after they have been accepted by the system. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation after placing it — do not assume your bet has gone through until that confirmation is received. Under these Terms & Conditions, Jet Wine reserves the right to void any bet placed at unreasonable odds.

4.2 Odds & Changes

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed will be the ones that apply. However, if incorrect odds are shown due to a technical error, Jet Wine reserves the right to void that bet.

4.3 Match Cancellation & Postponement

• If cancelled before the match begins — full stake refunded.
• If a match is cancelled after it has started — a decision will be made in accordance with Jet Wine's policy.
• If the match resumes within 48 hours — the bet remains valid.
• If the match resumes after 48 hours — the bet is void and your stake will be refunded.

4.4 Betting Limits

Each market has set minimum and maximum betting limits. Jet Wine reserves the right to adjust the betting limits on any account, particularly when unusual betting patterns are detected.

5 Payment & Withdrawal Terms

5.1 Deposit

Jet Wine currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay due to bank server issues, please wait up to 1 hour. If the issue persists after that, please contact Support Contact us.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• No additional charges on deposits.

5.2 Withdrawal

A sufficient account balance and completed KYC verification are required to make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours. In some cases, additional verification may extend this to up to 24 hours.

• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment number.

5.3 Transaction Cancellation

Once a withdrawal request has been initiated, it may not be possible to cancel it. Jet Wine reserves the right to place a hold on payments for suspicious transactions pending further verification. We monitor all large transactions as part of our anti-money laundering measures.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jet Wine offers its users a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus, however, is subject to specific terms and conditions — please read them carefully before claiming any offer.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — you must first wager the required amount.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days.
• Misuse of bonuses may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under Jet Wine's Terms & Conditions. Violations may result in account closure and potential legal action.

• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Using multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Use of fraudulent payment methods.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Jet Wine's Authority

Jet Wine reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without providing a reason — particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations, suspicious activity, or incomplete verification.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a temporary or permanent break from betting, you can visit our Responsible Gaming page to submit a self-exclusion request. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the designated period has ended.

8.3 Balance Refund

Any valid balance remaining when an account is closed is generally refunded; however, balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to a rule violation. Bonus funds are never refunded.

9 Limitation of Liability

Jet Wine strives to provide the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in the following areas.

• If a bet fails due to technical issues, server downtime, or internet disruption.
